Swann Street is one-way westbound, and street parking is usually available, with some street cleaning restrictions.

Three large fieldstone steps lead onto a carpeted sunken living room, and then one-step up to the dining area and kitchen. The living room has a hearth and non-working fireplace. The kitchen has an electric range, dishwasher, disposal and under-cabinet lighting. A short hallway with a closet and stack washer/dryer leads to the bathroom, which has a large wall mirror and large sunken tiled concrete shower and tub. The rear bedroom and the attached walk-in closet are also carpeted.
